Client Coordinator

SUMMARY

Execute client activity accurately and efficiently through order processing, inventory coordination, and responsive communication. This role focuses on accuracy and reliability while learning RESCO systems, processes and client workflows under established procedures and supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order & Program Execution

• Process and route client orders accurately through RESCO systems and portals

• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment, delivery date and returns

• Maintain accurate order, inventory, and activity records

• Understand client ordering portals and coordinate changes as directed by manager

Client Communication & Support

• Respond to routine client inquiries via phone and email

• Collect required order details and coordinate internally

• Handle multiple clients and inquiry types from various sources

• Assist with basic reports and inventory tracking as directed

Operational Accuracy

• Accurately and consistently record time and activity in company systems

• Follow established processes and documentation standards

• Support internal coordination across departments

• Support client teams when backup coverage is needed

• Assist in other departments as needed and handle other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 0-2 years of administrative, customer service or coordination experience

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

PAY RANGE 
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour 

WORK SCHEDULE 

This is an onsite full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state regulations. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
